Because the PEMA SEOC, Central Area Office and Eastern Area Office are activating for tonight’s winter weather event PEMA ACS will be staffing the ACS Radio Rooms at each of those locations beginning at 8:00. We will be bringing up an 80m NBEMS Net on 3.583 USB at approx. 8:30 pm. PEMA ACS volunteers will be monitoring the emergency frequencies from home in Western Pennsylvania.
This is FYI in case you should have any problems with downed wires or sheltering situations where you might be utilizing your county RACES/ACS personnel. If your RACES/ACS folks are activating and want to test their systems we will be available for that too.
Here’s a summary of the contents.

The ICS-205 form had LSB for data but this seems like an error to me as we’ve always trained our hams to always use USB for data.
